The Newburgh House
Newburgh house was our secnd project. This 3 bed 2 bath house backs up to a nature preserve. We took this one down to the studs and rebuilt the entire interior. We raised the ceiling all the way to the roof and exposed the cross beams to give it a real wow factor. We redid the flooring, transformed the bathrooms, and installed a beautiful open kitchen to complete the look. This was a buy and hold project rented at $2,600 per month giving each investor passive income.
