The Milton House
Milton House was our very first project. It’s a two story 4 bed 2 bath house located at the end of a quiet street. It needed a total rehab. New roof, new flooring, new kitchen, and two new bathrooms. We also decided to furnish the home and use as a vacation rental. To top it all off, we legalized the basement to add useable square footage to the home and increase its value. This one took awhile, but it came out great in the end. Rather than flip this one, we held on to it and have a long term tenant paying $2,550 per month.
